EVENT ASSISTANT
Role:
The Event Assistant will assist the Event Lead in the day-to-day management of event logistics.
This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations and management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of event logistics, including transportation, setup, and breakdown of bubble ball equipment.
Help maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Support the Operations Manager in scheduling and staffing events.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Learn and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
This is a contracted position for 10 events minimum with ability to become an Event Lead after those 10 events.
Pay: $75/event and 15% commission per any event you bring in.
EVENT LEAD
Role:
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of event logistics and operations for BAM EVENTS LLC.
This role requires strong leadership skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to manage a team to ensure successful event execution.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistics for events, including transportation, setup, and breakdown of bubble ball equipment.
Manage and supervise the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on event goals and objectives.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during events.
Monitor and manage event budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Must have had worked at least 10 events with BAM Events
Pay: $100/event and 15% commission per any event you bring in.
DIGITAL MARKETING SALES SPECIALIST
Role:
To enhance and manage BAM Events’ digital presence through engaging and consistent social media content.
Support the promotion of BAM Events’ brand, services, and activities across key social media platforms.
Attend at least one event as an Event Assistant to understand the nature of the events and effectively translate that experience into social media content.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage and oversee BAM Events’ pages on Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok.
Content Posting:
Ensure a minimum of one post is published for every event, sharing real-time updates and engaging visuals.
Create and release an average of one piece of content every three days, ensuring a consistent and active online presence.
Content Creation and Editing: Develop, design, and edit original content for social media, aligning with BAM Events’ brand and voice.
Engagement and Interaction: Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner to enhance community interaction.
Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights to increase reach and engagement.
Team Collaboration: Participate in biweekly meetings to review progress, discuss content strategies, and align on upcoming events and campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in Social Media Marketing: Demonstrated experience in social media development, content creation, and editing.
Familiarity with Platforms: Proficient in using and managing business accounts on Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok.
Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging content, with knowledge of photo and video editing software.
Availability for Event Participation: Willingness to train and attend at least one event as an Event Assistant to gain insight into BAM Events’ services.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective social media engagement and team collaboration.
Self-Motivated and Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
Basic graphic design skills for creating custom visuals.
Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices to maximize engagement.
